Mothers' Union at St Margaret's meets monthly, usually in the hall, from 8 till 10
We have a programme of speakers and 'home grown'entertainment, items that reflect our aims and objects.
We are happily a group of committed Christians with a strongly prayerful base, which reflects itself in the way we are able to support both each other and those around us.
There is always room for other, like minded, folk to join us and despite its name you don't have to be a mother or even a female to be a member! The MU is moving into this century and our own group is taking steps to promote the safety and well being of young people in this age of instant communications. Watch this space!
If you would like to join us at any of our meetings the programme is posted on our notice board above the children's corner and you are always welcome. Our current committee is Sheila Moore,(Leader) Sharon Firminger,Angela Bridge, Pat Lamb and Hilary Shallis, we are all very approachable and would be happy to arrange to take you along to a meeting at any time as would any other member of course.
If you have any questions or would like to know more you can contact the leader
